Mentor

Okay, we have mentor training at SH !! If you wish to become a mentor in helping with training a new trial staff, please reply to this thread your first day of working here[date]. When mentoring, a trial staff shall be following, experiencing your experiences and trying to enhance their power for a week, or even a month. Once done being trained, they shall receive share if we feel it is enough. Becoming a mentor is something that you are trusted to be and if we think you've been a staff member experienced enough, you shall soon become one when you request so. Trial staffs will be in the control, hands of you. They will watch every movement you've been making in the dream, and will learn your abilities. Reminder: Do not be offensive to them if they are bothering you. Becoming a mentor has to be that way. If you become one, you must get along with them.
